The Baywash Story

Baywash Enterprises was originally created as a part of the highly successful Baywash Carwash based in Summer Hill which, until it was sold to private equity in 2014, was a hugely successful vehicle cleaning business that provided range of services to both the public and to private businesses. A number of large organizations from multi-site government departments to prestige auto showrooms and repair centers had come to rely on the Baywash brand to provide a high quality service at an amazing price.

The success of the original business was based on the principals of providing a quality cleaning experience at an affordable price and the business won a number of awards. The creation of a commercial cleaning division was only a matter of time as Baywash’s customers, particularly locally based government authorities, were actively looking the same quality experience that it received with its fleet for it offices and depots.

While Baywash’s original site has now been rebranded the commercial cleaning business has grown to capture a number of contracts with Government Authorities on multiple sites all over Sydney and provides ongoing service for private business, strata and body corporates, warehouses, leisure centers and corporate office.

My name is Neville and I and the proud owner of Baywash Enterprises. I have been operating in the Commercial Cleaning space for over 16 years and I have worked with a lot of different businesses, both big and small in that time. With a background in account management and as the former owner of one of Sydney’s most famous Vehicle Cleaning businesses, I love what I do and I train my people to show pride in every job, something that has enabled me to capture and keep a number of high expectation clients who rely on my team to do a truly outstanding job at a price that keeps everybody happy.

I have taken a number of key steps in the past few years to create the right framework for my business. I have built a business that redefines customer centricity through understanding that it’s the work I put into my people, into their inductions, training, development, safety education and engagement that provides my customers with the experience they want. If I didn’t pay my people well, make them feel empowered in their contribution to my business then my customers will see and feel the results. My people are my point of difference and it’s a difference you can see and feel every time my crew are on your site. They are a great bunch of people who get the job done with a friendly helpful attitude.

Not a lot of cleaning companies will take about Workplace Health and Safety but we do. The rules have changed over the last few years I know how critical it is for my customers to have a service partner who has the right WH&S practices and behaviours on your sites. I have taken great care to build up my work place safety standards in the past 3 years and I am confident that in this regard I have no equal in the industry. We use only non-toxic chemicals that get the job done as good as anything else but without the risk to your people and mine.

Every contract gets a best practice, purpose built, site specific Risk Assessment and SMWS. Your safety person will love us as much as your staff will. We’re easy to work, we’re reasonably practicable and it doesn’t cost you a cent.
